For copies, save PDFs in standard, high-quality print, or press mode.
For printing, save PDFs in press mode.

For other types of files, the preferred method would be to place all fonts, graphics and layouts in a single folder, then compress the folder and send it to us. If you do not use this method, then you can browse and attach files one at a time. Up to 3 can be sent at a time.
